We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to ensure your availability and the best rate for your trip.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>How will I receive my tickets?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>You will have your reservation confirmed on the screen at the end of the payment process and be given a booking reference number. We will also send a confirmation e-mail to your email address. You will need to print this voucher to redeem it for your tickets at your destination.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>What can i do If I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0receive the\u00a0email confirmation?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>In case you will not receive the instant email confirmation, please check out you spam inbox. If the email is not there contact with our customer service by\u00a0 email (booking@madridtourstickets.com) including your name, phone number and booking reference (if you have it).<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>Do I have to present a printed copy of my voucher or can I just show it from my\u00a0smartphone?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>We are working towards an e-ticketing system, but for now you must print your voucher out.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>How do I confirm my booking?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>The majority of our tours are automatically confirmed once your booking is completed. However, please check carefully the instructions given on the confirmation email in case you must reconfirm your booking.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>Which payment cards do you accept?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards online. We also accept many debit cards but only from Spanish banks. Please consider we do not accept American Express.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>How do I make a change to my booking?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>We\u2019re more than happy to accommodate you on a different date, or at a different time as long as we have the availability. To make a change, please contact us at the contact information printed on your email voucher.<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>Do you offer group discounts?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>If you are inquiring about tickets from parties of 10 or more guests, please contact by email (booking@madridtourstickets.com) to inquire about group rates. These discounts and their availability will vary by season and are not guaranteed, but we are always happy to help with your party\u2019s excursions!<\/p><ul><li><h2><strong>Are the coaches wheelchair accessible?<\/strong><\/h2><\/li><\/ul><p>Unfortunately, we do not currently have a coach that is wheelchair accessible.
